The mission of the College of Art & Architecture (CAA) and the Landscape Architecture (LA) program is to nurture professionally accredited, studio-based programs, which connect students with communities to gain immediate experience addressing real-world problems. To these scopes, outreach and engagement activities with communities are integrated with teaching to prepare students for leadership in the design community with a commitment to planning, design, and stewardship of the natural and cultural environment.
